Procedure and Terms: Seller to issue activated PB and POP in advance after signing the contract and prior to issuing LC by the buyer. 1) Buyer issues LOI with complete banking information. 2) Seller issues FCO. 3) Buyer sign and seal to return FCO with BCL from world top 100 prime bank. 4) Seller prepares draft contract for buyer. 5) Buyer review and amend if necessary and return to seller for confirm. 6) Seller and buyer agree on final contract version and send hard copies for four (4) to each party. 7) Buyer’s bank sends MT-799 with pre-advice of Bank Guarantee or LC in seller’s favour. 8) Seller sends operative 2% performance bond with POP. 9) Buyer’s bank advises of active Bank Guarantee or LC in seller’s favour. 10) Shipment commences as per contracted.
